GENERAL TERMS OF USE & SALE

Welcome to our Online Store, zouridakis.gr. The Online Store provides its services to visitors or customers only upon acceptance of the following Terms of Use. By visiting or making purchases through our store, the user automatically accepts these terms. Please read them carefully. It is also noted that the use or purchase of any other services provided by the Online Store is subject to these specific terms of use, except in cases where deviations from these terms are explicitly mentioned.

1. Product Information

The photographs depicting the products are indicative and cannot in any way be binding for our store. Additionally, regarding the technical characteristics and descriptions of the products that come from our partners or suppliers, zouridakis.gr is exempt from any liability concerning the validity of their content.

2. Products for Sale

The technical characteristics and other details of the products for sale are available, and the user can find out by following the search instructions provided on our web pages and clicking on the name of the corresponding product.

3. Prices

The prices mentioned on the Website are in euros (€) and include all taxes except for shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and appear during the ordering process, and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.

Our store reserves the right to modify the prices of the products on its Site at any time but commits to applying the prices that were listed on the Website at the time of the user's order.

4. Availability

Please note that we process orders within the limits of our available stocks.

If one of our products is not available in our stock, we commit to notifying the user via email within 2 working days from the date of the order, informing them of the deadline within which the product can be delivered.

Additionally, product availabilities are indicative and not binding.

Our business recognizes the importance of securing Personal Data and electronic transactions and takes all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure maximum possible security. All information related to personal details and transactions is secure and confidential. The security of our Online Store is achieved through the following methods:

Customer Identification
Two codes are used to identify the user: the Login Code (email or username) and the Personal Secret Security Code (password). Each time the user enters them, they are provided with absolute security and access to their personal information.
The user has the option to change their Personal Secret Security Code (password) and email address as often as they wish. They can permanently delete the account created on our website, and all information and data collected by our business will be permanently deleted upon account deletion. The user is the only one with access to their information through the above codes and is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and concealment of these from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, they must immediately notify us. Otherwise, our online store is not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, it is recommended to change the password at regular intervals and avoid using the same and easily detectable codes (e.g., birth date). It is also suggested to use not only letters and numbers but also symbols to create a strong password.

During the order and as long as the user/customer is connected with the username and personal password on our online store, all communication between their computer and our systems is encrypted.
